Beer Tasting: Rogue FestiveAle

This is a Saison style brew from Rogue in Newport, OR. This 22 ounce bottle was purchased from a Pennsylvania beer distributor, though not quite sure which one. Bryan's notes are conspicuously missing but his general feeling about this beer is while it is a quite drinkable beer it is far from his favorite Saison. Have you tasted this beer? Let us know what you think. As a suggestion, try to keep the review as brief as possible for each of the following: appearance; smell; taste; mouthfeel; and drinkability.

Appearance Adam: brassy orange with persistent thin head Smell Adam: not off putting, definitely yeasty Taste Adam: lightly sweet almost a hint of fruit, finish with a tang, mmmm Mouthfeel Adam: well carbonated, not heavy, might be a bit too warm Drinkability Adam: a little cooler and it would be perfect Seconds? Adam: definitely :-)
