A Promise for This Week with The Brew Lounge
When this week is over, you'll be able to stop asking me about my trip to New England and Ebenezer's Belgian Beer Feast with The Home Brew Chef. That's because, finally, after almost 4 weeks I'm ready to unleash a multi-part series of these doings upon you. I figure, it took Sean Paxton roughly a year to put together the 12-course dinner menu and pairings. That should help justify the month or so that it's taken me to get through all of my notes to assemble something at least half-coherent for your reading pleasure. I'm sure you'll be glad you asked.
