this one's a good read from the "Thirsty Pilgrim." He (Joe) shares what began as a disheartening story close to a year ago at Drie Fonteinen and now continues in the next chapter with a business model that has adapted to the current situation. Sounds like most parties involved, consumers included, may come out winners.
