Now, while getting caught up on podcasted back versions of The Brewing Network's Sunday Sessions, I come across a fine interview with Sun King's owner/brewer Clay Robinson, who was full of interesting information and great quotes about the how-to's and ins-and-outs of getting started and growing (not to mention, surviving) in the brewing industry.
