Weekly Beer Calendar Update: February 4 - February 10

And just like that, it appears that the beer events calendar has gone from good to great. It's as if the post-holiday, post-blizzard schedulers have come roaring alive here in the beginning of February. Here below are almost 50 ways to find great beer all around the greater Philly region in the next 7 days and nights.

Tue. 2/9; 7 p.m. — Dinner with Tomme Arthur - Lost Abbey Brewery at Monk's Café [A six-course meal paired with Lost Abbey's Carnivale, Duck Duck Gooze, Red Poppy, Veritas 14, Lost & Found, Cuvee de Tomme, and Angel’s Share.  $125]
Tue. 2/9; All Day — A Blast of Barleywine Past: Ballantine Burton Ale, or "The Greatest Beer Never Sold" at Tria Taproom [The legend of this great beer lived on. Anchor Old Foghorn, the first modern Barleywine, and Dogfish Head Burton Baton were both inspired by the original version of this beer. Pabst, the current owner of the Ballantine brand, revived the beer for one small batch, replicating the original as closely as possible.  $PAYG]
