Bryan's Notes
The Look:
- golden, caramel brown
- medium head, coats the walls, but otherwise fades soon to a thin ring
- slight cloudiness
The Aroma:
- cascade, centennial, tomahawk provide a wonderful sensory overload
- smell the hops 18 inches away from the bottle
The Taste:
- grapefruit, pine quickly blow away any upfront malt sweetness that might be perceived
- pleasant lingering (and lingering...) bitterness in way back of mouth and throat
- medium-bodied and smooth as it slides easily across the palate
The Verdict: In my opinion, hands down, one of the best "big" IPAs made in the U.S. Hopheads rejoice!

Reading this made my mouth water. I spoke to the distribution manager today & he said they're working on having this fine brew available in PA by the end of the summer.
That's great news! Have you had others from them, particularly the Moylander?
I'm sorry to say that I haven't. This review struck a cord & I tried to search out where to get one. I guess I'll just have to tough out the wait.
