Victory to be Declared at Blind Tiger

I may strike out in my attempt to get to the Blind Tiger this Wednesday for the celebration of Victory that Alan has been squirreling away for some time now. Can't believe that it wasn't mentioned that local Victory celeb Richard will also be there. For those of you not in the know, you better make a note and introduce yourself.
