Weekly Beer Calendar Update: January 10 - January 16

Lots to consider out there over the next seven days and nights of beer in and around Philadelphia. You could win a trip to Belgium (see: Field House, below). You can drink the new Trubbel de Yards at several bars around town. You can drink beer for no charge. You can have a five-course meal paired with beers (in fact, you could have one on Tues. 1/15 and on the following night on the 16th; one in PA and one in NJ). You can earn points toward a chance to win a trip to Ireland (see: Sly Fox, below). You can even drink beer and practice Yoga, though, to my knowledge, not in that order. The opportunities for drinking great beer with fun people and making new friends abound. Whatever you do, enjoy!

Check out the entire January 2013 calendar over here. If I'm missing any that you feel should be on here, don't hesitate to let me know.

First up once again are the continually more popular events with live tap lists that I'll draw your attention to over at tap lists posted at

As I asked last week, show the Philly love and go check out the events on PhillyTapFinder, then go check out the beer in person. If you like this idea, let me know.
