Here's a piece of sad news from the Philadelphia restaurant and bar scene history.
Michel Notredame, particularly of Bridgid's and Cuvee Notredame acclaim, passed away Monday, March 21 in his native Belgium.
I'd recently written of his involvement in one of my fondest memories of living in Fairmount - that of taking our dog Logan to Bastille Day celebration at Cuvee Notredame.
I'm sure others will have more memories to share in the time to come.
