Weekly Second-Hand Brews News Update: 3/16/13

Just a short list of easy reading here for you this weekend. I began to think that recent week's versions have gotten a bit long, so I'll work on editing down a more "exclusive" list of must-reads.

PHILADELPHIA
~ I don't have my own "epiphany beer", as some claim to. But, this was certainly one of my earliest run-ins with a "not-your-normal" beer circa 1991.

~ Joe Sixpack has some fun with styles.

~ And, Foobooz found some fun picking at NYC.

~ This is only beer-related in the sense that we often like to talk about how responsible we are taking the train around to beer destinations in the city and suburbs.

EASTERN PA, NJ, DE, AND OTHER NEARBY PARTS OF MID-ATLANTIC
~ Reminds me I haven't been to this festival in three years. Hoping to change that this year.

~ Is a brewery still "craft" if they have a robot? ;-)

~ Another west coast brewery coming east.

THE REST OF PLANET BEER
~ He believes as his mother taught him: you can't knock it until you try it.
