Flights and Bites at Savona

A few leading ladies of the beverage world team up with a leading Philadephia-area restaurant to create what looks to be a mighty fine night in Gulph Mills. Wendy Domurat of Dogfish Head Craft Brewery and Suzanne Woods from Sly Fox Brewery will be stopping by to visit renowned Master Sommelier, Melissa Monosoff, at Savona Restaurant tonight, Tuesday, September 21st. The executive chef and Melissa constructed a six course tasting menu of small plates to pair with the beers from Dogfish Head and Sly Fox. Stop in from 5:30pm-10:00pm and pick and choose a la carte from the menu below or get the whole lineup for $49. The event will be conducted on the Bar side of the house so that guests can join in the full menu or dine casually at the bar. Savona is one of our favorite restaurants in the Delaware Valley and one that we do not get to nearly as much as we would like. This could change that.
