Brewing Beer: NRK Homebrew...almost gone!

My Not Really Kolsch, NRK, was almost gone by Thanksgiving night! And that was before it reached its prime. Well there's nothing like making some beer for your family and friends and having them drink it because they like it. So 4 gallons down and 1.25 to go :-) When hunting season is over I'll have to bottle the Fresh Hopped Imp. IPA. Hmmm...what am I going to brew next? Any ideas for me?

How about brewing some kind of fruit beer? I get into brewing Cranberry Wheat beer ("Cranberry Holidaze" I call it) around this time of year. I live in New Orleans and this is pretty much the only time I can actually find fresh cranberries in the supermarket.

Hi Paul,

Thanks for the suggestion. I'm not usually a fan of fruit beers, but, I have found that others often like some styles I've brewed that I don't.

Hmmm...perhaps its time for a little experimentation. Do you have a recipe that works for you?

Thanks for the suggestion.
