Tap List at Flying Pig Saloon in Malvern, PA - 12/15/06

So, I was on the way to pick up a pizza and I felt inclined to prove Joe Sixpack's thesis, published today in his weekly contribution to the Daily News. Uh, let's just say he (and I) could have never been more correct in proclaiming Flying Pig Saloon as one of Philadelphia Suburb's best beer bars. Check it out and tell me which one in the bunch sucks...

On an attempted regular basis, we'll post the tap list here to the Flying Pig Saloon in Malvern, PA. We have no affiliation with the establishment other than living within 2 miles of it and appreciating the usual quality tap and bottle list. If you like this idea, please drop us a note and let us know.

What a great tap list! I have always loved Flying Pig ever since Adam took me there for my first drink when I turned 21! (6.5 years ago) You enabler! I believe I had a black and tan (Guiness and Bass)... and some nachos.

Seriously though... keep up the good work on the tap lists guys!

I saw the article and I thought, "Wow, that is a bold statement." I too think this list goes a long way to proving his point.

Oh, and as was pointed out in the article, there's a vast quality of bottled beer available too. Even cellared vintage beer.

Just a quick sampling of decent bottle beers from last night included: Hebrew 10:10, Allagash 11th Anniv, Samuel Smith Winter Warmer, and Cantillon 100% Lambic. I wonder if they'll setup a cot for me there?!

Great idea to post the tap list here.

Great bar too!

I stop in every other month. Was in last Friday for some Anchor Christmas Ale. The Fly Pig is a great bar if you love beer.
