Tap List at Teresa's Next Door in Wayne, PA - 12/20/07

For those who have not made their way to Teresa's Next Door, here's the tap list as of 12/20/07 and it's fairly typical of the quality and diversity that can be found there. Keep in mind, that these are the drafts. The bottle selection is just as good, but ten fold. Did I mention just how much I hate living in this region?

I was there Wednesday night after a long night of shopping at the Beer Yard. It's tough, but someone has to do it.

Sounds like your Christmas list is a good one to be on!

Anyone have the Cantillon or the Pere Noel at TND? Had a bottle of the Pere last night and it was damn fine. Haven't had the Cantillon on draft, only bottle but would be interested to see what others think.

I had the 107-year old Cantillon, heheh, last night while I was there. Dry, tart, and apply...but enjoyably drinkable. Not as mouth-puckering as some Cantillons can be. Went well with the funky Humboldt Fog & Truffles that I had.

That would be great with the cheese you had. At a Tria fermentation school tasting I went to a year or more ago, Vinnie from RR said that Tomme from Lost Abbey (ok, so I am name dropping) said that he thought RR Temptation with the Humboldt Fog was one of the best pairings he had ever had so I think what you had should be right up there and for 107 years old, It is good to hear that it is still tart and fruity. haha.

We are going to try to hit Cantillon next week for some funky fun. I hope to find some Cantillon Faro which so far has eluded me.
