Since I can't drink them all, perhaps the better question is What Should Bryan Drink? After putting in a day of work tomorrow, I'll be somewhere(s) that has the following beers on draft. What mood have you been in lately? What styles have you been drinking? Any idea what food you will have tomorrow?

What a seletion, too many options but the 120 minute via Randall sounds interesting and so does the Captain Lawrence Cask and the Blue Point sour cherry. Please try all of them for me. I thought that was enough until I read below the list of Dieu de Ciel beers! You have to try all of them since you don't usually run into them on tap in the US or in bottle. I have only had the Peche Mortel and thought it was very good.

Have fun at the tiger!

Thomas... mood=quite satfisfied after a successful day's work in NYC....styles=whatever I please at the moment.....food at Blind Tiger=shrimp cocktail, cubano sandwich, blue cheese, cheddar cheese, and baguette

Greg....would I be doing you proud if I said in 90 minutes at Blind Tiger I put away: '04 Dogfish World Wide Stout; '04 Dogfish 120 Minute IPA (via The Randal); Blue Point Sour Cherry Imperial Stout; and Captain Lawrence Imperial IPA (via cask).

I still feel I like I let you all down....I'll try harder next time.

And, much to utter dismay, I skipped Spuyten Duyvil's event (Dieu de Ciel). Peche Mortal is one of my top 10 beers of all time and I've only ever had it out of the bottle. Tore me up that I chose to go home instead...but sometimes better sense prevails :(
